A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Jeta9 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical error are not valid and will not be settled. If you believe a bet was placed but not confirmed, contact support with the details.
Jeta9 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds are accurate at the time of publication. However, in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Jeta9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
